1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Leadible, operated by J Paris Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Leadible at leadible.jparismedia.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and Pricing

Leadible offers the following plans:

Annual billing is available at an approximate 10% discount. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current pricing is always available on our pricing page.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly or annually)
• Accept that charges are non-refundable except as described in Section 6

Additional team seats on the Business plan are billed at $5 per seat per month (or $54 per seat per year). Seats are prorated when added mid-billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• Your existing QR codes and business cards will remain active, but you will not be able to create new ones beyond Free plan limits

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content through QR codes
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through lead capture or webhooks
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission
• Create QR codes or business cards that link to illegal, harmful, or explicit content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Leadible platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of J Paris Media LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (QR code designs, business card content, lead data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• QR codes will always be scannable across all devices and conditions
• Analytics data will be 100% accurate (bot filtering and geolocation are approximate)
• Third-party integrations (webhooks, retargeting pixels) will function without interruption

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Paris Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J Paris Media LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution)

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
